Terms & Conditions Last updated: August 2026 These terms govern your use of services provided by Tross LLC, doing business as Tross Build & Maintenance ("Tross", "we", "us"), including our commercial building maintenance and construction services and any text messages you receive from us. SERVICES Tross provides commercial building maintenance, repair and construction services in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. Work is performed under a quote or service agreement accepted by the customer. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to site conditions verified at the time of work. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS from Tross Build & Maintenance relating to service you have requested or received. This includes work order and service request confirmation numbers, appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival notices, quotes, and follow-up after a completed job. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is never required to receive service. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan; Tross does not charge for these messages. We do not send messages before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM Pacific time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT are all honored. To resume, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below. Carrier support for message delivery is provided by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. PRIVACY Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.trossmaintenance.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. PAYMENT Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Work not covered by an accepted quote is billed at our then-current rates and is authorized by the customer before it is performed. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Tross is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
